EC Regional cooperation: EUROMED Regional
Innovation Programme.
The European Commission, on behalf of the MEDA beneficiary countries and
territories, has initiated Medibtikar – Euromed Innovation and
Technology Programme. The programme started in April 2006 and will run
for three years; it has a budget of €7.3 million.
Medibtikar will disseminate innovative practices by developing exchanges
between planners, policy makers and stakeholders in the MEDA region and
build and strengthen relationships with European public and private
partners.
