Contract description: Production and broadcasting in part or in the whole MEDA area of 80 radio programmes in two languages Arabic/English or Arabic/French linked to the Euro-Mediterranean dialogue: 40 programmes in each language with a minimum duration of 20 minutes each (and in each language).  Weekly frequency broadcast in the 2005 programme grid.

    General thematic: State of law – Democratic process - Confessionnalisme - Education/citizenship – Communities /clans - History/traditions -Role of women – Cultural exchanges –Family/personal status – International relations  -Political parties  -Culture of economy.

    The objective of those programmes is to raise the public opinion awareness on the importance of a Euro-Mediterranean body based on common values through a dialogue between different actors of the civil society. Those programmes should contribute to engage the dialogue at other levels.
     

  6. Maximal budget: 170,000 euros
     

  7. Provisional date of invitation to tender: July 2004
